Purpose of Consent

This form is intended to provide you with clear and transparent information about how EverSafe Training Ltd collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, images, and testimonials during the course of training or other associated events. • Issuing attendance certificates, CPD records or qualification outcomes

• Contacting you with essential course-related information or updates
• Collecting feedback for service evaluation and continuous improvement

All data is stored securely, used only for the purposes outlined, and retained in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

Use of Photographs, Video and Testimonials

We may take photographs and video recordings during training sessions for the purposes of:

• Internal training evaluation and documentation
• Demonstrating course delivery methods for audit and accreditation bodies
• Marketing and promotional content on our website, social media, or print materials
• Supporting testimonials and learner success stories
• We also invite participants to share written or recorded testimonials voluntarily.
• These may be used (with your permission) to inspire and inform future learners or clients about the impact of our training.
